YOUSRA — Exchange Guidelines

Our Commitment

Every YOUSRA scarf is carefully checked before shipping.
If there’s an error on our side, we will resolve it with care and transparency.


Exchange Eligibility

Due to hygiene considerations, exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective scarf.

  • You received a scarf different from the one ordered.

within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Conditions

To qualify for exchange:

  • The scarf must be completely unused.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The scarf must be free from perfume scent, makeup stains, washing, folding damage, or pin marks.

All returned items are carefully inspected before approval.

If confirmed defective, YOUSRA will replace the item with the same design and color (subject to availability).
If unavailable, store credit will be issued.


Important

YOUSRA cannot process exchanges if:

  • The 48-hour period has passed.

  • The item shows any signs of use.

  • The product has been washed or altered in any way.

نظرًا لطبيعة المنتج، يتم قبول طلبات الاستبدال خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام فقط في حال:

  • وجود عيب صناعي.

  • استلام منتج مختلف عن المطلوب.

شروط القبول:

  • أن تكون الطرحة غير مستخدمة تمامًا.

  • إعادتها في التغليف الأصلي.

  • خالية من أي رائحة عطر، آثار مكياج، غسيل، أو علامات دبابيس.

يتم فحص كل منتج قبل اعتماد الاستبدال.

في حال ثبوت العيب، يتم الاستبدال بنفس التصميم (حسب التوفر)
أو إصدار رصيد شرائي بالقيمة.
